An ISOTECH calibration bath can be set very precisely and maintains the desired temperature very stably. Thanks to the double-chamber overflow bath design, the temperature is evenly distributed throughout the entire calibration bath. This prevents hot spots or cold zones and creates a homogeneous temperature environment for the device to be calibrated. Accurate and reproducible measurements and calibrations are therefore guaranteed.
The calibration baths are used in a temperature range from -80°C to 300°C. With an extremely large immersion depth of 470 mm and only 5 l of calibration medium, they are environmentally friendly and extremely cost-effective.

Ultra-stable calibration bath 785
-80°C to 300°C
Precision bath
The 785 double-chamber calibration bath is available in three different temperature ranges. All models have an immersion depth of 485 mm and, at 50°C, an absolute stability of up to ±0.0025°C (with water).
The calibration bath is 485 mm deep overall and has an opening 98 mm in diameter.
The double-chamber bath concept is based on the liquid being heated or cooled in the rear section and then flowing upward in the calibration volume, thereby eliminating vertical and axial temperature gradients.
Hydra calibration bath
-80°C to 300°C
Immersion depth 300 mm
The Hydra double-chamber calibration bath is available in three different temperature ranges. All models have an immersion depth of 300 mm and an absolute stability across the entire temperature range of ±0.01°C.
The Hydra calibration bath operates with only 5 l of calibration medium and is highly economical thanks to fast heating and cooling times.
Convenient calibration volume with an opening of 150 mm in diameter.
The concept of this double-chamber bath is based on the liquid being stirred and cooled in the rear section and then flowing downward in the calibration volume, thereby preventing vertical and axial temperature gradients.
Orion calibration bath

The ORION calibration bath was designed to calibrate thermometers and commission temperature fixed points.
The ORION double-chamber calibration bath is available in three different temperature ranges.
Its design corresponds to that of the smaller Hydra calibration bath. The difference is the greater immersion depth of up to 470 mm. This allows temperature fixed points to be used in addition to long temperature probes.
The various calibration media represent a major cost factor. As they are consumed and evaporate, they must be replaced regularly. ORION requires only 8.5 liters of calibration medium and can therefore be operated in a cost-effective and economical manner.
