Support even after purchase
If a device fails, fast assistance is essential. As a long-standing partner for the distribution and service of ISOTECH devices and as the manufacturer of eXacal products, we are able to respond at short notice and support you.
To minimise turnaround times, all repairs are carried out in-house. This means your devices do not need to be sent to the manufacturer.
Only original parts are used to repair your devices. This guarantees the highest level of quality and reliability.
If adjustment or recalibration is required after a repair, this can be carried out in our in-house DAkkS calibration laboratory D‐K‐15224‐01‐00 in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 .
For a well-functioning service, it is not only important that repairs are carried out quickly and cost-effectively. All processes must also be coordinated and deadlines met. Through our service management, our customers are informed about the entire progress of the order, from goods receipt and incoming order through to goods dispatch.
Firmware updates for milliK / millisKanner / microK / microsKanner are carried out automatically by our service team during repairs or recalibrations. This ensures that your devices are always running the latest software version.
We can also support you with custom calibration inserts when expanding your calibration tasks at a later date. These are planned and manufactured with individual drillings to match your requirements.
