If external damage is visible upon delivery of your package, please note “Packaging damaged – subject to inspection” on the waybill and have this acknowledged directly by the delivery driver.

Please check all goods for completeness and integrity after unpacking the package.

If anything was damaged during transit, ideally document the damage with photos and report it immediately to the transport company after delivery and to us within 7-14 days, stating the order number: Contact us

In the event of claims for damages against the insurance company, we require all documents related to the damage (waybill, photos, complaint to the transport company, cost estimate for repairs, etc.).

Occasionally, accessories included in the package are reported as “missing.” Please check the package and packaging material carefully to ensure no accessories are overlooked.
