Accredited calibration according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 (DAkkS) of block calibrators

We calibrate block calibrators by comparison with calibrated resistance thermometers or thermocouples. The basis for calibration is the DKD guideline R5-4 for the calibration of block calibrators (I-CAL-GUI-013) or Klasmeier’s own test reports for ISOTECH devices. As standard, the calibration is supplied with an accredited calibration certificate in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 (DAkkS), but traceable in-house (factory) calibrations can also be carried out by us.

Large temperature range: -40 °C to 1300 °C
Short turnaround time of 3–5 working days
Manufacturer-independent calibration
Possibility to optimise your temperature block calibrator by manufacturing custom-built calibration inserts and ceramics

Controller optimization for ISOTECH devices

When calibrating block calibrators, the temperature difference between the setpoint and the calibration temperature is not of essential importance, as the calibration only determines the actual state.

However, many customers attach particular importance to this temperature difference, as they use the block calibrators to be able to make statements of conformity about their test items. As block calibrators are often heavily used, this is often difficult due to instrument drift.

The Klasmeier calibration service has developed its own optimization procedure to improve “control and display accuracy”.

ISOTECH calibrators calibrated by us run through an optimization cycle several times. This is an iterative procedure in which the control parameters are increasingly better adapted to the calibration temperature.

For third-party devices, optimization is possible if the corresponding procedure is provided.

Digital archive Klasmeier Cloud:
Calibration documents quickly and easily accessible

The Klasmeier Cloud – the perfect filing system for all calibration documents. On all devices calibrated by Klasmeier you will find a QR code which allows you to access our digital archive quickly and easily.

Particularly practical: in addition to all calibration documents, the contact details of the respective contact person at Klasmeier are also available there. This means that even in five or more years’ time, if you have questions about your calibration product, you can find the information you need with just one click.
