After receiving and inspecting your thermometer, we will send you an email with further information and the cost estimate for the repair for your approval.
After approval of the repair costs, you will receive our order confirmation with the delivery date.
Attention:
We cannot guarantee the original properties of the SPRT after repair. We have no influence on the function of the measuring resistor and any possible contamination due to the defect.
If, after repair, the thermometer no longer complies with ITS-90 or the stability requirements of the calibration laboratory, we will charge a flat-rate repair fee as a deductible.
