We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates from our workshop! We’ve started manufacturing our own high-precision SPRT temperature detectors right in our factory.
Our skilled team cararefully handles this complex process, threading ultra-fine platinum wire by hand onto a ceramic or quartz base, all under the close observation of a microscope. Using a specially designed machine, we then coil the platinum wire into a precise spiral – all within our facility.
The results are outstanding: our temperature detectors meet the standards of the ITS-90, qualifying them as “SPRT standard thermometers”. Therefore we do not follow the DIN EN 60751; but instead, we focus in the criteria of the ITS-90.
