The double-chamber overflow bath design ensures that the temperature is evenly distributed throughout the entire calibration bath. This prevents hotspots or cold spots and creates a homogeneous temperature environment for the device to be calibrated. Accurate and reproducible measurements and calibrations are thus guaranteed.
The calibration baths are used in a temperature range from -80 °C to 300 °C. With an extremely large immersion depth of 470 mm and only 5 L of calibration medium, they are environmentally friendly and extremely cost-effective.

Ultra-Stable Calibration Bath 785

Precision Bath
The double-chamber calibration bath 785 is available in three different temperature ranges. All models have an immersion depth of 485 mm and an absolute stability of up to ±0.0025 °C at 50 °C (with water).
The calibration bath is a total of 485 mm deep and has an opening of 98 mm in diameter.
The concept of the double-chamber bath is based on the liquid being heated or cooled in the rear section and then flowing upwards in the calibration volume, thereby eliminating vertical and axial temperature gradients.

The double-chamber calibration bath Hydra is available in three different temperature ranges. All models have an immersion depth of 300 mm and an absolute stability of ±0.01 °C across the entire temperature range.
The Hydra calibration bath operates with only 5 L of calibration medium and fast heating and cooling times, making it extremely economical.
Comfortable calibration volume with an opening of 150 mm diameter.
The concept of this double-chamber bath is based on the liquid being stirred and cooled in the rear section and then flowing downwards in the calibration volume, thereby preventing vertical and axial temperature gradients.
Calibration Bath Orion

The ORION calibration bath was designed to calibrate thermometers and commission temperature fixed points.
The ORION double-chamber calibration bath is available in three different temperature ranges.
It corresponds to the design of the smaller Hydra calibration bath. The difference lies in the larger immersion depth of up to 470 mm. This allows for the use of long temperature sensors as well as temperature fixed points.
The various calibration media represent a significant cost factor. As they are consumed and evaporate, they must be regularly replaced. The ORION requires only 8.5 liters of calibration medium and allowing it to be operated economically and cost-effectively.
