Maar is het temperatuurbereik van de gebruikte kalibratiebaden en gestandaardiseerde procedures voor u niet voldoende? Dan bent u hier aan het juiste adres.   Wij gebruiken kokende stikstof om het temperatuurbereik uit te breiden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met de hier getoonde drie kalibratieprocedures kunt u thermometers in het <strong>temperatuurbereik van -180 \u00b0C tot -80 \u00b0C<\/strong> en bij de <strong>vaste temperaturen van -189 \u00b0C en -196 \u00b0C<\/strong> bij ons geaccrediteerd volgens DIN EN ISO\/IEC Hydrostatische drukeffecten die in de fixpuntcellen optreden, worden gecorrigeerd. De zelfverwarming van de standaard platina weerstandsthermometer (SPRT) wordt v\u00f3\u00f3r het begin van de kalibratie onderzocht en bij de vermelding van de kalibratieresultaten in aanmerking genomen. technische uitdaging. Conventioneel worden bij de kalibratie van thermometers in het negatieve temperatuurbereik kalibratiebaden of temperatuurblokkalibratoren gebruikt. Deze bereiken echter snel hun grenzen bij het koelen en worden slechts tot ca. -80 \u00b0C ingezet.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kalibratiebaden worden gekoeld met compressoren. Voor een stabiele regeling van de kalibratietemperatuur werkt een elektrische verwarming &#8217;tegen&#8217; de compressor, die altijd met maximale capaciteit koelt. Bovendien veranderen de gebruikte kalibratiemedia (zoals siliconen of ethanol) hun viscositeit zeer sterk en nemen ze water op uit de omgevingsvochtigheid. Beide bemoeilijken de temperatuurregeling van de kalibratiebaden.    De laagste temperatuur die kalibratiebaden met een stabiele regeling bereiken, ligt bij ca. -80 \u00b0C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temperatuurblokkalibratoren worden gekoeld met Peltier-elementen of Sterling-motoren. Deze technologie\u00ebn zijn beperkt en kunnen tot ca. -50 \u00b0C met Peltier-elementen resp. -100 \u00b0C met Sterling-motoren worden ingezet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om deze beperkingen te overwinnen, gebruiken wij vloeibare stikstof als &#8216;koudebron&#8217;.
